Refund policy
At Skinspire Moments, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
- Products can be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Used or damaged products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Exchange Policy
- We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- Customers must report damaged or wrong items within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards or promotional products
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.
